change the mouse speed in a whdload game

how to change the mouse speed in a whdload game ? , i set the speed thru perfs input but when whdload loads a game the mouse is at the slow speed setting again. The dune2 mouse speed is so slow that its hard to play it. any hack about this to increase the mouse speed in some whdload installs?

I`ve asked that already in the past (can`t remember where and when). Try to save Dune2:data/devs/system-configuration on a OS1.3 system and then copy it back. If I remember right it worked but also with fastest mouse speed it is too slow for Dune2. Further, the whload version itself game speed is much slower then the orginal install on HD. I would recomment to use it instead. Then you can paly Dune2 in multitasking and you mouse speed is as fast as on WB. You can use also mouse speeder tools.

Get a mouse with DPI-switch. I have one with 3 different speed-settings connected to a Micromys, works great

thank you , i'll try the hd install and see cause i dont have a mouse with dpi switch right now but nice suggestion as a hardware hack
