Kickstart image with this exact name should be found:

Kickstart v3.1 rev 40.68 (1993)(Commodore)(A1200)[!].rom At least with me (using WHDLoad 16.9), only this kickstart image out of dozens I have tried and/or created is recognized, and that annoying error  finally doesn't pop out anymore and the games load regularly. |

what about software failure errors with AGA games? trying to run AB3D2, AB32, Tower Assult AGA and others and get WHDLoad failure software blah blah suspend or reboot!
