I know this isn't an Amiga game but I am quite sure it was in an old mate of mines ECP Compilation that had you running down corridors Impossible Mission style in a pure white outfit but with a much larger main protagonist sprite than IM.

I think you were an Android of sorts?

Sounds like Hero of the Golden Talisman to me - the sprite was a near copy of IM. Just was not all white

Alien (see post above) does look like what you are describing though

Maybe this one? It was available from ECP/Ozysoft from mid 1980's.
