that's super cool! Always amazed by people that can make fully featured games in such a small amount of storage

Like this a lot, but a completely-random-game-ending bug is really quite a major obstacle to enjoyment...

(I did once make it as far as the start of Round 10 before it crashed.)

Knocked up some quick box art for it anyway, though.

I've found the game-killing bug. So long as you don't lose a life, you can carry on forever (well, I've made it as far as Round 11 at any rate). But as soon as you do, you automatically lose another one at the start of every subsequent screen (and obviously when it's your last one then the game ends before the wave starts).

Also, a couple more bugs - the game only scores up to 4 digits and it's not that hard to score 10,000+, even though you actually get 0 points for UFOs rather than the 300 it claims

Fix those things and I think this would seriously be the best Invaders on the Amiga.

Yes, I had already noticed when the problem arose and I've a patch for it.
And also a trainer; the game continues to be more difficult until level 99, but it is impossible already much earlier

But waiting pink for a proper fix, mine is a brutal patch

Amazing, it sounds really good. Thanks for sharing this info Pink.

No format involved.

That might be a bit of a wait, would it not make more sense to put the patched version up now then we can all replace it with the proper V1.1 if and when it arrives?

Ok, into the Zone!
It's a patch a bit rough but works (for me)

Cheers.

Brilliant, thanks Seems to work bugwise - what are the trainer aspects?

Infinite lives.
Start a new game, press and keep pressed right mouse button during "Round 1" blinking until game start (you can notice a little screen flash).

Remember that alien invasion leads anyway to game over

Magic. Don't suppose you could fix the UFO scoring too?

That's a very nice Space Invaders game! I love the visual and sound effects.
Yet another Tiny Invaders video, on my Amiga 500 with its 1084S

P.S. Thanks for the fix, Ross!
