moonstone winuae probs

hi first thread on here im having probs getting moonstone to run on winuae have several different versions i get the intro but as soon as it ends it just stops any help would b aprieciated thanxs in advance

Game works fine here using ADF Version on WinUAE 1.0 with normal A500 Config ....

Could you post your Config ? What WinUAE Version do you use ?

hi im using 0.9.92 winuae with kickstart 1.3 1mb chip with 68020 cpu and nothing

Use an 68000 CPU with 512k slow and 512k chip ram. If you really want to enjoy the game, use the WHDLoad version.

go and get the latest ver of winuae (v1.0) from the winuae website

got the latest 1.0 version of winuae, but wots a WHDLoad version??

www.whdload.de , its a way to install games to the harddrive + you have a quit key and other goodies. To use it with Winuae you have to set up a harddrive (or hardfile) and install AmigaOs 3.1-3.9 , check out Amigasys or AmigaInABox (For easy setup..) ..

Whdload roxx by the way , register it if you like it

what didnt you understand ? have you checked the pages earlier and installed one of them (amiga os) ?

... good point- moonstone whdload does indeed need the registered version of whdload to run- good job I bought a license ;-) --- best software buy in yEARS!

... whdload is a tool so that you can install normal disk games to your hard drive... double click on the icon, the game loads.... in addition to this, speedier load times, no syntax errors, read error B's, err.. and erm, fixes that arent in the normal floppy versions! ... oh and a quit key! www.whdload.de !

There is some small problem with preview version as enemy knight can walk outside playfield and never comeback: http://amr.abime.net/issue_442_coverdisks
