Screenshot
I just found out that the shots are doubled in pixels. I must have used a really old version of UAE I suppose, where pixels were pixels. Could it be possible to include an option in the config? 1=double 0=single pixels.

Disable line doubling and enable lores. or make sure you don't have any 2x filters enabled.

Yup, ofcourse. I get a large output though, but it works.
Totally irrelevant (and I know it's not a bug or anything, nor that it bothers me) but can you tell me why that line is drawn the entire screen (also, the entire screen flashes when a meteor hits the surface in exile) and not only the area the game is supposed to be drawn? I am really curious if there's a way to modify games so that it can be played in higher resolutions. Another things that is on my mind: what exactly are the 'collision level' options for? I don't think it would be easy to make games run in higher resolutions, since you'd have to do it on a game-by-game basis, by hacking the games. The only reason you see the line extend that far out, and the whole window flashes, is because that's color 0, and I believe that color 0 is extended to all edges of the window (since the Amiga really doesn't have one set 'native' resolution like many systems do, WinUAE needs to be more flexible in it's screen handling code). |
