Why the entire TOSEC/Good/MAME/MESS collection is not available to us?
Hi guys, why the game collection that was available for the TOSEC/Good/MAME/MESS team to create the DATs is not available for the community as one single collection? After all, is to us they have created it, no?
Is for legal reasons? But today, nobody need to know the original collector! And there are tons of roms disponible to download as torrents, and what's, WHAT'S the problem of more?
