FYI...we had two AMIGA repairmen in France: AMIGA CENTER & VOXEL AMIGA SHOP.
The first stopped its activities. The second, apparently, disappeared from the scene by keeping a lot of equipment to its customers. Make your opinion:

- corpsicle (EAB) - 2012 - Sweden >> => at AMIGA CENTER home (Jean-Jeacques BOULET), not at VOXEL home but according to the owner "he (VOXEL) promised to help me retrieve my hardware"

The goal is not denunciation, but prevention: to avoid having other victims, possibly know people in the same situation and also put pressure on VOXEL for give back all the material in its possession.
One of the French victims is now launching the legal action in order to get his equipment

Well, if it's keeping equipment that doesn't belong to him, then you can denounce it, as obviously is some sort of fraud. It's like the equipment ack controls retained from people who send to them for repairing. Sadly, the Amiga ecosystem is plagued with this type of stories.

I got my payment after I filed a charge when I sold him something.

Took me some time and I got only back 95%.

And long letters with the attorney (prosecutor?).

It's been several years i have no news from him.

The guy still has my old A600 mobo and my two pal monitors i wanted him to repair.
But he left me with a working 1085 monitor and changed the caps of my A1200 mobo (so far "for free").
So no problem for me, it's equal.

I'll just say : don't be too hard on him. From what i've read he's been through a nasty mess.

I am soooo disapointed by this man...
I'm french, I invited him to my home and even gave him a ton of hardware for free back in 2006...I never thought he would end by screwing the entire community

it's a real pleasure to be hated by a guy like LTAC that gives the professional equipment of his employers to his friends (or tell them to take it from the stock) ! he is surely a very honest man that can be trusted.

I've worked for free for the community for nearly twenty years (including that b****d) and had only problems since I've asked to be paid for my work from 2008 and got heavy health (and others) problems shortly after...

.... and suddenly got worse after I've publicly stated I was Gay...
