SabreMSN and Newicons

Morning all, I was wondering if I could ask for some help with SabreMSN and Newicons. First off I am using ClassicWBADV pack and I installed SabreMSN adn the codesets and amisslmaster.library, unfortunately SabreMSN is still asking for the amisslmaster.libary

is there any particular location where I should put it? Secondly, is there anyway to switch on dithering for NewIcons, I see the option in Preferences but it is always greyed out. Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi Ami Junkie, have you sorted this out yet? I'm sure Bloodwych found the answer to your NewIcon dithering problem in your other thread http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=51784

If you are using Rebel's 16 colour palette with FullPalette, the icons and GUI graphics for SabreMSN (and AmiMSN) were both designed by Rebel in this palette, so they'll look as good as they can in only 16 colours.

You can get AmiSSL here http://www.heightanxiety.com/AmiSSL/ and it comes with an installer, which should put the libraries and everything in the right places for you.

Hi Cammy,

Thanks for the link, I have already downloaded and installed the AmiSSL pack, v1 and v3 but after the install SabreMSN still can`t find the library

I am not sure if it is the ClassicWB pack itself. Cheers for the heads up on the dithering and palette.

Perhaps run snoopdos and have a look at the output.
