Wink Using HD floppies in my amiga600

I got my datacable yesterday, along with 40 blank HD floppies. Imagine what went through my head when i found out that HD disks wouldnt work with my a600 what a waste of money..and what am i gonna do with all these floppies..

well ive managed to find a solution...sort of!

if you copy whatever you want to a normal density disk then use an amiga program called "diskmate" then copy whatever from the normal disk to the HD disk... you will notice the disk boots/works just fine now

I've never had a problem with HD disks on Amigas.

Have a read of this thread anyway, may be of some use
