Aztec Challenge E01 CD32 remake
Remake of the first level of C64 hit Aztec Challenge. For now
If you like it maybe we'll make some other levels. -50fps 3D precalc anim -Hires sprites -Dynamic back playfield palette -Cutscene cinematics -Exclusive new remix of Aztec Chllenge's music on CD Code - Cobe, Gfx - d4rk 3lf, Music - bluegestalt If you leave title screen idle for about minute, cpu will start playing the game. Dont forget to select the cue file when starting/burning the game, dont use just iso. http://aminet.net/package/game/actio...lenge_E01_CD32 Last edited by Cobe; 16 May 2020 at 12:04. |

that looks good. Going to test that.
BTW maybe distributing .wav files isn't optimal when you can distribute .mp3 files (unless you have high quality standards). CD burners that support .cue & also winuae support stereo mp3 files. |

Thanks!
@jotd Wav isnt optimal but only while we'were testing this I've realized that fs-uae doesn't support mp3s. |

WinUAE is the main reason why I'm using windows nowadays
Tried it. Nicely done. Music is good, graphics and animation is original for a CD32 prod. Intro video is good. Nice (still could not beat first level, needs more reflexes) Last edited by jotd; 16 May 2020 at 13:37. |

Thanks D, thanks E!
Here's a ost/making of video [ Show youtube player ] And btw, I'm honored there's already "cd rip" on eab ftp, and I saw a video where the game is ran from wb without anims and music being played from winamp, but I must say, for me the music is inseparable part of the game and you really cant get full experience without it so I recommend that you play it on cd32 or fully emulated one. |

Not too difficult; passed it on my 3rd attempt
...but I have been playing Shadow Gangs over the past month; and you really do need the reflexes of a ninja, so my level is quite high at the moment |

Thanks guys
It was pleasure working with Cobe, because, not only how patient he is, but also, how passionate he is. And Boroni remake tune really rocks, we where blessed with his approval to use it. Hey, this is actually my first (finished) game done for Amiga, and I am really proud of it. Again, thanks Cobe for making this possible. Oh boy... I regulary die on second-third spear. : ) Only once (after a few drinks), I've managed to skip 5-6 spears. Great job man! That doesnt mean my Street Fighter 2 challenge is closed. Once we find a proper way to play online, I will gladly destroy you @Cobe We need to make 4-bit difficulty for guys like D, and Korean people. |

We shall see.
I won't challenge you on Mortal Kombat (1 and 2), as it will be very futile. But with SF2 you might have a chance (to hit me once, or twice). |
