Floppy power connector on ELBOX WinnerZIV busboard...

Just got an ELBOX WinnerZIV busboard , and on top of the AT power connectors (P8,P9) there is a small power connector, like the one of floppies... am I supposed to connect it also on the psu?

anyone knows ?

It is my belief that you would use this if you had an extra internal floppy drive...

Either that or it's so u can use the motherboard power trick and still plug a floppy drive in...

What's the problem? Isn't it booting with just the PSU plugged in?

Heys Keropi,

Its just a standard power terminal for flopp drives etc. well atleast thats what i used mine for for the better part of a year (its all in storage now).

my ppc1200 won't power on unless this little plug gets power too ... maybe it is used to feed more power to the accelerator

ahhh.... i dont have a power ppc just an Apollo 060 + 64MB (got the extra ram port)
