Infiltrator

I used this utility a lot in the late 80's and it came on a tooldisk. Im pretty certain it was called 'Infiltrator' unless my mind is playing tricks on me in my old age

It was a disk monitor and you could edit sectors and files etc and would display ASCII and binary. I vaguely remember a lot of the colour Blue being used in the program. If someone has it and could upload it to the zone I would be very grateful. Cheers Mark
