Full screen mode WinUAE 0.8.22

I am using WinUAE 0.8.22, release 3 and try to get Turrican 2 on a full screen.

Using a 1440x900 monitor and played around with the Display Settings, but best I can get is a 800x600 screen centered horizontally, at the very top of the screen.

Is it possible to run the game in a larger (full screen) resolution?

Try full-window option.

Can someone explain me how to adjust the settings to achieve a full screen mode (1440x900 pixels worthy) for this game?

Under display tab, I use following settings.

Amiga screen resolution: 800 x 600 (1440x900 will actually make the screen box smaller)
Correct aspect ratio checked
Full screen checked
Centering horizontal and vertical checked
Line modes double checked
Refresh every frame

The result is a 800x600-ish screen at the top of the screen. Sorry to be a noob!

1. Turrican 2 has big black borders.
2. Without scaling you won't get a bigger screen or even a full 1440x900 screen.

Why do you use such an outdated version of WinUAE ? A very old PC? Newer WinUAE versions let you scale the image as you want, in nearly every way.

Erm... No particular reason using that version. I now got version 2.3.1. Even without scaling, the screen is a million times better.

Now I am really happy to play the game again, after 15 years or so! Thanks.
