The final bosses are not a problem in this game, however the first one is the hardest imo.

What, a Thumbs up wasnt enough recognition for completing the game?

Of course that alone would've been an awesome ending. But if you read "Disk IO Error" "outro.bin" you want to see what you're missing.

Yes, the 1st is the hardest, but there's also a safe spot against that one.

Played again last night and then promptly forgot to post my score. So, er, here it is. Though it's not much better and I'm still rubbish at it.

The wizards in 4.2 caught me finally.

This is a game which can be played slowly (except in very few places), always clear the area behind you and retreat if you can not kill the enemies at first try. And I leave the weapon-powerup lying if i have a special weapon active, so I can fill up the normal weapon to a better speed; sometimes I even leave the special expire without using it if i can not avoid to take it. This strategy takes a while though, I played 4 h at this try.

And for those who dont want to start from that save point in the upper left of the level: Just dont take it.

So infuriating, there was a big heart just to the right off the screen and all I had to do was get past one final bat.

Don't forget guys - both this and Zeewolf end at midnight so if anyone else wishes to enter now's the time to do so!

Actually, there are really keys that vanish during play - I managed to collect the blue key in 2.1 for which you have only 2 seconds to collect before its detonated, and didnt have it anymore at the gate to the super orbs. Same with another red key in 2.4 which can be used in the secret area whose entrance is in the very upper left of the destructible blocks where the wall is a bit darker. So premisseths complaints are probably right.
