A hidden bonus bundled with the PC CD-ROM version of FOTAQ was a short game where you get to interview the developers of Flight of the Amazon Queen

Looks like it had it's origins on the CU Amiga Disk #99, there was an earlier version starring CU Amiga's Alan Dykes as "Joe King" (who went on to give the game a 90% rating!). Unlike the PC version this one has no sound, fewer colours and is more focused on FOTAQ than Interactive Binary Illusion's upcoming games.

Should there be a reference to this on the FOTAQ HOL page?
