Basically you have the choice between:
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 1 of 5)(5 & Boot)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 2 of 5)(1)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 3 of 5)(2)[cr QTX]

Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 3 of 5)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 4 of 5)[cr QTX]

or

Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 1 of 5)[cr QTX][use Space Ace disk 5]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 2 of 5)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 3 of 5)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 4 of 5)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 5 of 5)[cr QTX][bootable]

From a practical point of view, I prefer:
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 1 of 5)[cr QTX][use Space Ace disk 5]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 2 of 5)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 3 of 5)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 4 of 5)[cr QTX]
Space Ace (1990)(ReadySoft)(Disk 5 of 5)[cr QTX][bootable]

this is one of the least worst ... and given you have already used this way for another game, why not
swap drive numbers, just because the disk 5 launches the game is still crooked!

disk 5/5 (boot) should be more than enough, it is self-explanatory.

Just this one, i dont like, for me Disk 1 should always a bootable disk.
Is there an example, where Disk 1 of a multi disk game is not the bootable one?

I understand you but in game, disk 1 should be Disk 1! Not 2 (and I'm not even talking about the disk 5 ...)
When the disk 1 is just a boot disk, you get to remain consistent but in this case ...
You keep the choice for the final decision, you're the leader ;-)

any solution you have listed is better than the current usage, for myself, i did not know, that disk 1 is also disk 5.

If I remember correctly, Disk 1 non-bootable. I believe there isn't enough space when the protection/formatting was changed, so Quartex simply moved data to Disk 5 without changing all the original disk number references.

They tell themselves that this is the disk 5, we agree, but there is no elegant way to name a boot disk which is also disk 5.

I am not sure, how to categorize such releases.
Is it not rather PD nowadays?
Its not a commercial production, they earn no money.
Wanted team made the conversion and released it, should they then the publisher?
Or have they even made a contract to do this conversion, but who cares!

Yes indeed, it is not easy to decide...
As elements of the game (gfx, sound and code) are based on a commercial license, it seemed logical to me that this game is for you. It is a conversion, not an adaptation. It's a bit like with the HD patch WHDLoad, it does not change the original license of the game ... no?

This is a commercial game, sold by USGold, fixed to run on amiga by WT.
Some old Amiga games do not work on A1200. Fix the game for this machine does not make public domain because the game does not work initially for this machine.
By cons, if we follow your reasoning, no money = PD, all games [unreleased] are public domain. Not sure that this is your wish

Basically, the question is whether "Game [ADF]" includes commercial amiga games or so games under license/copyright

Personally, I use the flag [f] when data has been modified but in this case, I only changed the structure to make it to its original state.

Your arguments are partially valid,
anyway its a special case, maybe Pandmonium(we have a lot of readers, but no writer, either no idea or too lazy) can tell us someting about this.

Sorry, too many open questions.
Is it rather 11 to 12 Years, accordingly HOL info?
Where is Disk 2?
Is the [b] descriptor valid, JiSM has made an error, but no game files affected.
