CDTV and MKL's ide
I just got MKL's ide adapter and I'm planning to use it with CDTV.
Just wondering, there is 2 wires, in Kipper2k's ide, this one has three /ovr /int2 /int6 do I need to connect all of them? And could you please tell me where to get them on CDTV? Plese tell it to me like you would teaching a baby. I can't get them from diagnostic slot as my ram expasion sit there. These signals : /ovr /int2 /int6 MKL's home page has gone long time ago. I already have 3.1 kickstart, updated CDTV roms and 4mb ram expansion. |

Hi,
you will need to connect Int2 and ovr. for the CDTV just look at the schematic for the signals, see what the ID of the connector is and then connect them to that place.... http://www.ianstedman.co.uk/Amiga/sc...chematics.html (CN12 pins 11 and 13) |

There is a tens of pictures in that archive. I haven't ever looked schematics, so I'm afraid it doesn't help.
I found this from amibay It almost tells where to put those wires. This is a picture wich made me to get this board. It fits very nicely inside of CDTV. Next I need to check what are those chips. Last edited by utri007; 03 March 2021 at 22:10. |
