Btw, I have a faint memory that the CD doesn't necessarily work totally as is because having 060 incompatible Moviesetter players in some of the demos. I copied them to the HD and used a compatible player.

RAR'ed version is in 'CD/AmigaCD/Compilation' now (Eric W. Schwartz Archives.rar). Attached is the directory listing of the CD, so zipper can check if he has a different version

This morning, I received the Hottest 4 CD I won on eBay on Saturday evening. Here is is the full description of the content from the cover notes: HOTTEST 4 A comprehensive collection of the very best and most up-to-date Shareware and Public Domain Software available from the past twelve months. This selection covers a large variety of Public Domain subjects: Games, Mega Demos, Disk Magazines, Music Titles, Slide Shows, Rave Dance Tracks, Sampled Sounds and High Quality Images. It also contains a huge selection of AGA Utilities. And that's not all! There's a massive assortment of the finest Animations from 1MB to 5MB beasts, including all Eric Schwartz work. Although there are 41 Eric Scwartz Animation disk images on this CD, I am quite sure that this does not comprise all his work. I remember salvaging a collection of floppy disks for hitm4n, including a couple of Eric Schwartz Amination disks - LEMMINS REVENGE (a sequel to the ANTI LEMMINS DEMO) Disk 1 and 2, which are not featured here. Code:

Nice one Why don't you just set up ClrMamePro and check the ADFs against the demo DATs? Doesn't take long and Damien made this neat HowTo you see

Well, apart from looking for a valid ClrMamePro download link and for the new TOSEC DATs location, following Damien's guide was surprisingly easy. Of the total of 43 Eric Schwartz Animation ADF images I have, there are 38 unmatched files! |
