Have to agree! I would also argue compatability. I notice more and more extras are now SATA only.

Also, Thanks Jens and Amigakit for the help by email, will try your advice tonight.

Just out of curiousity. I've never bought a product of Individual Computers before (shame on me!). Will the cards be delivered in a nice box with manuals included? If so, can we see a screenshot of that? I just can't wait

Individual computers has a standart box for most of their products, black with logos, and yes - very nice and decent.

I'm now even more excited about my ACA 1230/28 in fabulous presentation box! I may puke because of the anticipation - it reminds me of Christmas as a kid, all that energy waiting to burst out.

Yes, and as asked before an Individual Computers sticker would be fine too, or if that's expensive, signed by Jens the first 100 sales...(or at least mine )

I couldn't resist... had to buy a few of these for both the a600 and A1200 from Amigakit. btw, i noticed Vesilia.de is shippng these on 27th Nov? how come they got a 10 day headstart?

Also, i think what we need now is a guru to put together an A600/A1200 startup image for both Amigas to get the most out of the nice new upgrade

Any takers ?

We're all big kids really when it comes to getting our grown up toys and that suits me just fine. There is something special though for sure installing the hardware and seeing the difference in performance- magical feeling

I'll be spending the day or as much as i can loading in all the 3d games and going ooh

I believe it has to do with the fact that Vesalia and Jens are located in Germany and that Amigakit needs to wait for the post to get the accelerators into the UK.

nice background, i would use that as a desktop, nice and easy to see icons that are placed around it.

I was actually referring to a CF card image that has a startup-sequence and menu with whdload setup etc so the basic user can just copy the files on to the CF card, put in the whdload key etc and be off and running.
