FS-uae devel Fedora repositories

Hello,

I have set up FS-UAE Devel Fedora copr repositories for Fedora 27 & 28. Only devel versions so far. Feel free to test.

Repositories can be found at:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/co.../fs-uae-devel/

Repo fingerprint is 50C6 BFCB 5F44 CF53 1B31 3FBE 7C56 0775 F149 5E60.
