RNC ProPack source code?

Hi everyone.
Does anybody has sources of this packer? Old MS-DOS executable is not good in our century.

I want recompile and use it it my level editor.

Not what you looking for but what I would do.
DosBox and setting the cycle setting to max would make a very speedy dos machine.
Code:
[cpu]
cycles=max 95%
I use "max 95%" because this will not overwhelm my machine.

No. This is not source. And there are no sources for v2 there.
