Das Tier (Unreleased game): Need help creating working disks

Like I mentioned in the unreleased games thread I got files for the two disks and I tried to create a working version, but failed. It's an AMOS game, so I'll try to run it from HD in a bit, but it would be great if working disk images could be created too.

As an additional request the copy protection is still in place and while I have the code 'table' it would be great if the copy protection could be disabled.

Edit: Running it from HD doesn't work either.

I rather wait until I hear back from the people that I sent the files to for now. Hopefully the game will work soon and I'll ask for the permission to make the files openly available now.

I have created the two ADF floppies for the A500, the floppies start up but the codes do not seem to work, I have tried all possibilities, but already after the first code entered bon is correct!

in the official website they say Windows and Mac are freely available. Why Amiga need permssion?

I sent you the link in PM, I didn't know if I was authorised to post it here, I created the floppies for A500, but they also work on A600 and A1200

Probably the Windows version (in Flash language) and MAC were created much later

the game not working because codes protection are an old edition.
When i found the right number, it said me "you have an old edtion of codes protection" (it says in German).

I'm getting that message when I input the wrong number three times. Which makes sense to me because it is just a notification that we have the wrong code sheet.

I don't think you can pass the protection. You would need to enter a 4-digit number, but it says the number is wrong as soon as you press any key. You can't even enter all 4 digits.

On the other hand, the file wappen.abk for the protection is quite small and probably easy to figure out.

i don't know. maybe is because i inserted the wrong number, but for sure i have had more than 3 try to find right number. Maybe it need to be cracked

it seems i have had 4 try to put the number. Maybe the 4-digit number are a single number in 4 try. I don't know.

The adf version in the zone seems to be missing files.
For example the second disk contains an extra directory with, which is my guess, a messed up German umlaut. The correct spelling would be "Räume" (rooms). And there are several files containing those letters. Maybe that was caused during the transfer of the files.
I'll try to rename them and see if that helps with anything.

I already renamed those I found, they are already messed up in the initial zip file (but maybe I missed some of them) ...

ok, i try again and it is exactly you said: after 3 try it says that i have old edition of code. this game should be cracked!!
