Config.fs-uae.ini

Hello,
can anyone tell me how to create a configuration file before running FS-UAE ?

They say i must create it in the same directory as the FS-UAE executable, as Config.fs-uae and mainly FS-UAE will always try to load this file first so it is MANDATORY to create it.

The problem is i have no idea how to create it so can anyone give me a sample of it ?

P.S = this is about README.txt explanation about it but it was useless:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
=====================
FS-UAE itself does not include a configuration UI, so you must either:
* Run FS-UAE via the configuration program FS-UAE Launcher.
* Create a configuration file before the emulator will be usable. This is
fairly easy, please read on for more information.
* Run FS-UAE from a third-party configuration interface / frontend.

Please report any errors found in the documentation to fs-uae@fengestad.no.


CONFIGURATION FILE
==================
You will also need to create a configuration file for FS-UAE. The important
things you need to configure is what floppy disks to use, and where the
Kickstart ROMs are stored. Documentation (and examples) is available here:
http://fengestad.no/wp/fs-uae/documentation

You have several options for where to store the configuration file:

1. In the same directory as the FS-UAE executable, as Config.fs-uae. FS-UAE
will always try to load this file first.

2. As a per-user configuration file:
(My) Documents/FS-UAE/Configurations/Default.fs-uae

3. You can also store the file anywhere you want, and invoke FS-UAE with
the config file as a parameter (fs-uae /path/to/config-file.fs-uae)

4. In graphical shells (Windows Explorer, Mac OS Finder), you can also
select a configuration file, and then choose to open it in FS-UAE (you
may need to browse to find the program), or you may also drag and drop
a configuration file in top of the FS-UAE application/executable.

(you can see in the log file exactly what path FS-UAE tries to load the
default configuration from on your system)

Hi
I dont know if your using Arcade mode or the Launcher,, but if its the launcher and you get the Gui Menu just check the far left menus.

There are things like creating hdf files and adf files ,just play about with these setting up dummy files for now and then go back in the Gui and save them with a name at the bottom .
These should put themselfs in the right folders for you " in the configuration saves"

ok, i am done but now i need to know how to set up frame skip for my games because i find out they are running too slow.
And also i need to know how to set up my keyboard settings...

I do not use any LAUNCHER but just a old GUI version.
Infact my FS-UAE version is 2.0.1 that i found here:
http://fs-uae.net/stable/2.0.1/
because i can NOT use latest ones on my old and low requirements pc (only 504 MB as RAM and only 2,60 Ghtz as CPU under XP HOME EDITION os).

If your running Windows XP you want to be using a older build of WinUAE, fs-uae is far too slow for that hardware.
Also you won't have to faff about with config files with WinUAE.
Look for a version of WinUAE up to version 2.8.1, that should run fine on Windows XP.

no, sorry but i downloaded FS-UAE 2.8.3 version and it runs slower than 2.0.1 version so you "ptyerman" are wrong because the fact is the older FS-UAE version i get and the fastest game speed i get while u told me to download the newest versions (up to 2.8.1 vers.).
It means i must download the oldest version of FS-UAE but i have already done it with 2.0.1 version and game speed is too slow so how can i speed up my FS-UAE 2.0.1 version ?
How can i edit FS-UAE game frameskip ?

You carry on arguing in your WinUAE thread and ignoring what's told to you, see how far you get.
The people giving you advice are experienced people, even the developer of WinUAE has given you advice and you have completely ignored it and just ranted off about it doesn't work.
You just can't help some folk!

NO NO, before posting i downloaded FS-UAE 2.8.3, i installed it on my pc (included portable version) and i played AMIGA roms and ONLY THEN i posted my reply because i did not know anything about new FS-UAE 2.8.3 version so i first tried them before writing my post.

Now i am gonna install FS-UAE 2.8.2 (almost new version) and i will write my "slow" experience with it.....
