You should include instructions on dumping CD³²/CDTV roms
Now I'm obviously not a newbie, but while it's all good providing instructions here and there on how to dump your average Kickstart rom from a Real Amiga™, why not show those confused souls out there what tools you're supposed to use to dump the extended roms as well? Google came up with nothing, and the WinUAE docs gave a simple "you can dump the roms but don't ask me for them!" statement.

So long as you have a floppy drive attached, its the same process doing it on a Real Amiga, theres nothing complicated about it at all.

But I think tools like TransRom and GrabKick only dump the main Kickstart rom, surely?

Use this if you want to grab the extended ROMs http://aminet.net/package/util/misc/RipROM
But as Galahad said it's exactly the same process as grabbing a normal kickstart image. |
