Svenska hemdatornytt indexes

I've been indexing issues of Svenska hemdatornytt (SHN). The indexes are not complete, mostly because my collection is not complete. Here's the 1990 index. Tell me if it needs alteration.

Oh, previews and releases only.

I want Sentimental Slaughter by Asassinsoft for VIC-20!

But first I want all the issues

idrougge, good job!
However, some suggestions:
  • I already indexed the game reviews for issue 3 1990, so you can remove those.
  • The score for percantage must be in the format 92.34%
  • There currently is no interview type, you'll have to talk to Codetapper and see if he can add that, otherwise you'll have to choose other
  • Since everything should be in english, I'll suggest you write excl. VAT intead of exkl. moms
  • Dont use a space in the price: write 1800 instead of 1 800

Take a look at the excel-spreadsheet for some of the ones I did.

idrougge, in my MSX years I had an MSX page with game reviews, BASIC programs, pokes, and assembly snippets. In 1990 I started the Amiga asm school. I think you can see if I'm in an issue from the column with names on page 1? (Henrik Erlandsson)

And if Excel formats numbers in Swedish format, try first to switch to English format in Excel (ctrl+1 or options), then to change to English format in the control panel. Or get OpenOffice \o/

I'm using AppleWorks, but I don't see why numerical entries should have localisation info at all, or why it should matter. Could be an issue with Excel export, but it shouldn't be very hard to fix for the AMR crew if what you describe is all that is needed.

Speaking of SHN, does anyone remember which issue from the early 90's had the brilliant spoof article about "Hackerträsket"? That article was hilarious, and when I was 10 or 11 and read it I got freaked out 'cause I thought it was all true!

Hehe...I actually read that a while ago.... so at least it's in one of those indexed in AMR. I can have a look and scan those pages if I find it.

Thanks a lot bLAZER, very kind of you do these scans!

That is high grade humor I wonder how many young demo scener wannabes they managed to scare away with this article.

Thanks for the help, Blazer. I've also scanned a lot of SHN covers, as well as one entire issue. Where do I upload it?

idrougge, I tried to add your data to AMR but there are too much errors and missign information... for example you must also have the Release type column. Otherwise I don't know for example if it's a preview/review/etc. of an application/hardware etc. And also take a look at my spreadsheet how to specify the issue year/number.

Also I would need information about the magazines themselfs, how many pages, price etc.

Just bought 4 issues of SHN from 1991-1992 \o/

Scanned 4 pages from Issue 4 1991 - part 5 of my 'assembler demo school', it was 64 pages. I seem to recall the page count varied, but was always in the even 8s, ie. 64, 72, 56 pages.

It has an interview with Mårten aka Celebrandil. But that didn't surprise me. What surprised me was the ambitious review of AsmOne with a lot of facts I have since forgotten, like lines/minute etc

Faded and slightly slanted scan here: http://coppershade.org/amiga/files/DemoskolanDel5.PDF, sorry but the scanner is kind of crammed in between my printed and my stereo so... :P

Well I got them for free since I worked for them, but they were lost in some move.

Oh... you auction site stalker! Hehe. Yes. The issue back then cost 18.90 kr, apparently.
