Amiga A1060 Sidecar Expansion

So as I've been educating myself about somethings about the Amiga, I came across some info on the Amiga Sidecar and I saw some pictures of it. What I noticed is that it has only 3 expansion slots and I'm wondering if anybody has tried to add more slots with an IBM 5161 Expansion Unit. I'm just asking this out of curiosity.

It should work....I tried to add a 3rd ISA slot in my Sinclair PC200 (same type of XT machine...but with only 2 8-bit ISA slots...)...and the card inserted in the extra slot works normally....the only issue on the XT machines are the available IRQs regardless of the ISA slots you have...

Yeah, I'm not too familiar with IRQs and stuff like that.

Most of ISA cards have jumpers to set their IRQ...just pay attention that you don't have a card set up with an IRQ that's already used....ISA slots are passive...so it is up to the hardware/cards to talk to the CPU...and their timing is set with the IRQs...

I'll have to keep that in mind then when I finally manage to afford to start buying vintage hardware, thanks.
