Update ('Supamax' folder on the server):

Coleccion Software Commodore Amiga Caviar vol. 14 -by nenet.zip (648 MB)

Many thanks to Crashdisk who fixed the incomplete .iso from eMule, 100% recreating the exact original file. By the way, now (thanks to his sharing on the Kad network) the file is also fully downloadable from eMule. All of you who have a partial eMule download (typically around 95%) can now successfully finish the download.

Note: this .iso is the original #14 by Nenet, and has a different size from Fermix's .iso (they used different tools to dump them). However, the files and drawers contained are in the same number and byte-by-byte identical (I thoroughly verified it).

NOTE: now the collection is COMPLETE (unless fpachon can prove there are #16 1 & 2 CDs...) and could/should be definitely stored on the 'regular account' Magix server zone (not anymore on the 'uploader account').

Hi Supamax,

I saw the Caviar 16 1 & 2 in the "My isos dir.txt" file from Fermix directory.
Perhaps an error of name made by Fermix ?

Bye,
Franck

You're right!!
Sorry, I didn't see it...
CD 16-1 and 16-2 are not part of the Nenet collection... maybe they aren't available online and Fermix is one of the few persons having them...

Hmmmm... Fermiiiiiiiix, we need you!

You're right .
(I didn't check it before uploading...)

I extracted the iso from the .rar file, mounted it in Daemon Tools and tested all the files by copying them from the (virtual) CD to a directory of my hard disk.
These are the results:

Code:

Fermix (sorry of bothering you mate... you are probably our only chance of getting a correct dump of it ), could you kindly upload a iso of your 8_2 CD, if you have it?

Hi Fermix,

I saw you uploaded CAVIAR16_1.iso and CAVIAR16_2.iso, thanks!

Is the upload complete?
I downloaded them from your directory and their size is:
CAVIAR16_1.iso - 609.628.160 bytes
CAVIAR16_2.iso - 560.830.464 bytes

I'm asking you because many .lha files etc. seem corrupted or are "0 bytes" (when I open them with WinRAR I get an error) ...

Hi,

Thank you Fermix for CAVIAR 16, you are the best. I confirm the Supamax' problem (some files and directories are empty, but no ISO error).

Supamax, after investigation, I have the same problem with CAVIAR 4 and 15 by Nenet and AMICD 6 by Fermix too...

Bye,
Franck

Sorry for delay, you want i reupload:

caviar 8-2

caviar 16-1

caviar 16-2

caviar 4

caviar 15

I think will be safe to convert again the cd´s to iso before upload it but keep in mind that these cds can be broken.

The uploads have been moved to '/Commodore_Amiga/CD/AmigaCD/Compilation/Caviar' on the FTP.

Cool !
If you can not completely read a CD, try slow down your drive or try with another drive.
Thank you for your work :-)

caviar 8 2-2 / caviar 16 1-2 converted and uploaded. I think there are a problem with caviar 8 because isopuzzle was
working for a long and finally left an .flg file in the same dir, i, gonna tryit lower speed and will look later for another copy.

Hi TCD,
you should have waited a little longer... , because now the files from Fermix directory and Supamax directory are mixed up in the Caviar directory...

We are still working/checking the .iso images in order to obtain 100% working ones...
