Realised something about buying an Amiga

I dont know why but it suddenly hit me: I can buy practically every model Commodore Amiga computer (used of course) which is something I actually dreamed of when I was younger. I remember drooling over the release-sheets of the new models, the Amiga 600 model being the first I remember wanting to get my hands on. The last one I drooled over was the Amiga 4000 Tower version afterwhich the PC replaced it...I realised that I can actually get them all/most today for alot less money and effort than it would be 20 years ago.

Talk about a mind-job..I think I have some purchases to plan.

Aye I realised that.

However an Amiga 4000 good spec will cost a hell of a lot of cash.

Sadly as the Amiga gets older the prices will probably go higher and higher the rarer they become. I really wanted an Amiga 4000 but in the end I had to go for a Amiga 1200 tower.

The A4000/040 was about £2500 when it was released - so even a heavily upgraded one these days could be justified as a "bargain" to the missus
