If I use the slave with my plain WB 3.1 install I get no warning message, but with ClassicWB UAE it appears (both in 1.6.1 and 2.0.0). Maybe Bloodwych has an idea what's going on
 Edit : Removing 'NoMMU' fixes the problem

Does anyone have this installed (WHD Load)? I don't have the original disks and as far I can see the installer doesn't work with other versions...
