FS-UAE, improved sound for perfect AMIGA emulation

Hello,

First of all, I would like to congratulate Frode Solheim for the amazing FS-UAE. Great work that will never be grateful enough as it deserves.
User friendly, fast, accurate, very comfortable to use and with the great addon of the database.

However, one aspect of the emulator that I think could be improved. Specifically, the sound.
Games and demos in FS-UAE sounds a bit muddy compared with WinUAE
It would be possible to add options that Win-UAE has, as choose the number of channels (channel mode: 4 channels,5.1,etc) or if you want to remove any filter (audio filter) that would make the sound more natural and powerful?
Something more amplification would also be nice.

I think matching the sound options like WinUAE, FS-UAE would be the perfect AMIGA emulator for gaming and demos, IMHO.

Thanks in advance Frode !

Hi, you can use the following line in custom configuration to disable the sound filter:
Code:
uae_sound_filter = off
There could be playback differences with audio compared to WinUAE. It is somewhat hard to judge this subjectively...
