winuae screws up windows mouse speed?

windows 7 64bit ultimate with a logitech mx518 mouse and setpoint 6.32.7.
Winuae 3.2.2 running kickstart 3.1 with 2mb chip and 4mb fast, game played today was steel empire and winuae seemed to work flawless.

Mouse works just fine, start winuae play some and then quit winuae using f12 and quit button, now the issue starts.
Mouse speed is lower then normal, go into setpoint to increase speed and then it works fine.
Next time i use winuae the same thing happens but now it cant be fixed, even when i set mouse speed to max in setpoint its still slow in windows.

Tried reset configuration in setpoint and looked over settings in control panel / mouse but mouse speed is still much lower then its supposed to be also checked sensitivity for the mouse and its set to highest.

Never had this issue in the past with an older computer with an older installation of win7, my current computer is asus rog strix gaming x470-f, amd 2600, 16Gb ram, nvidia 1060 3gb.

So whats going on
Regards

WinUAE does nothing to mouse settings. You can try switching to "Windows mouse" (in gameports panel) if mouse rawinput confuses something.. (or vice versa)

SetPoint 6.32? Sounds ancient..

6.69.114 is the latest setpoint. https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/....69.114_64.exe
But for MX518 is https://download01.logi.com/web/ftp/...4_Logitech.exe Logitech Gaming Software
