L: would be new for me to know that it's used for keys and stuff, but if your apps do use it, there can be hardly any doubt!
AFAIK L: is solely meant for handlers and the Disk-Validator (latter WB 1.x only)

Well, the program can look for the key wherever the hell it wants, it could also be Trashcan

But most common places for keys are L: and S:

Remember that you can also put a text file called WHDLoad.prefs in the S: dir, with a global config.

So, you could set up a default quit key for all games (unless the individual game tooltype overrides it).

This is interesting.

Trying to run Dragons Breath.

Kickstart 1.3 is sitting in Devs:kickstarts

Double click the icon, WHDLOAD box comes up. Screen goes black and a few seconds later, WinUAE exits to PC desktop.

Is the HD-installer for REAL Amiga's only (winUAE not upto spec ?)

[edit] Yes 2MB of fast ram.

It works fine in WinUAE.

Do you have both kick34005.A500 and kick34005.A500.RTB in devs/kickstarts ?

Hmmm...
Now Christmas is over, and the ADF of DB still didn't see the light of day. I wonder why...

NO!!!
One should look at the Christmas gifts one received, not at what they didn't. Patience is a virtue.
