Oh, 2.1 also has load/save replay replay? Only noticed it when I made the patch for 2.3 =) Thanks for testing, guess I can create the install package then. =)

I have finished the installer and just sent it to Wepl, should be available on the WHDLoad site soon. Please download the latest version from whdload.de as I have fixed some bugs (Access fault, crash in config screen). Seems like most of you used the beta slave either on UAE or on an Amiga without MMU/68060 since nobody complained about these bugs. :P

No problem, you wouldn't ever notice these bugs on your 68000 Amiga anyway (they are still bugs though ), the "ShowConfig" screen crashes on faster machines (like my A4000/060) due to missing cache flush, the other problem was an access fault (game copied data to non-existent memory location) that won't be reported on 68000 either (due to missing MMU).

Hmm, that's odd. Does that always happen? And it only happens with the last version (i.e. the one on the WHDLoad site) of the slave?

OK, I'll have a look. The bug occurs in all supported versions?

Yes, please test the other versions too. I have an idea whats causing the problem, I fixed a bug in the original game, the game copied data to a non-existent memory location and it might be that my fix is causing this problem since apparently this "copy data" routine never worked properly and wasn't tested.

Meanwhile I've created a test slave (which is totally untested since I am at work), does the bug occur in this version too? (I disabled the "copy data" routine)

Well tested all SPS with slave in whdload.de and the bug is present in the 3 versions.
With the last slave here in EAB the bug is still present too in the 3 SPS. |

Thanks, here's another test slave for you (completely disabled any "access fault" fixes), bug still present?

OK, so at least my guess was right then. Need to think of another way to fix it then. Expect more test slaves during the day. =)

Perfect. Here's another test slave, please test this with SPS 1104 (v2.0) and tell me if the bug is present or not (I changed the approach to fix the access fault). Completely untested since I am still at work. =)
