Load Pointer.Pre High Res WB3.x

I want to load a Pointer.Pre using command line
I've saved using Pointer, I'ts in High Res
I tried Pointer.exe USE Pointer.Pre but it loads the pointer as Low Res - It works using Iprefs etc but is it possible this way?

I think you mean Pointer, not Pointer.exe. I tried this and it works perfectly fine on my 3.1 setup. I saved three different presets to ram disk as a test - two of them LoRes pointers and the third a HiRes pointer. You can then call them via the shell per the following:

pointer from ram:pointer.prefs use ; lores pointer
pointer from ram:pointer2.prefs use ;lores pointer
pointer from ram:pointer3.prefs use ;hires pointer

It works exactly as expected, the pointers change and the pointer resolution also changes as expected.
