Black bars in Rainbow Islands on MagiC64

Hi,

How do I fix the black bars of this C64 game on MagiC64? It is possible? I am looking specifically for an adjustment in the MagiC64 configuration.

I know that this can be possible in some games, by changing the settings of the C64 scanlines in the emulator, but I don't know the meaning of these numbers and how they interfere in Rainbow Islands.

Thank you.

I will post two because the flicker is very intense and changes according to sprites on screen.

Yes, I tried with Frodo 2.4 from Aminet. On this emulator it worked better, but the game is very demanding.

I prefer to use MagiC64 because it is faster, that's why I am only asking if someone knows of some tweak to the MagiC64 settings, that can help to fix the screen refresh.

First of all, MagiC64 is very fast emulator, but it's because limited compatibility. It's not fault of settings but MagiC64 emulation.

Second, is Amiga version is so much bad that You need play C64 version?

Did you try PAL mode? Try a different archive too if you can.

EDIT: OK I tried many different versions and none seem to work on MagiC64.
