Removing jump from up in Toki is actually a pretty damn good idea, I don't know how many times I accidentally jumped into things because of a worn out firebutton on my joystick.
Besides there's no way to map jump to second button on a real Amiga.  So jotd you have my deepest gratitude.

Actually, it's the same problem as Toki in Ruff'n'Tumble: when you want to fire up, there's a risk that you might fire. That's why I removed it.
