Games that can't be represented in a CT RAW file!

Have 2 games I can't get running in WinUAE when making CT RAW images of them: The Plague and Garrison II. Neither will load in WinUAE using the default A500 config with KS1.3, 0.5mb chip / 0.5mb Fast.

Garrison II will install and play using WHDLoad in WinUAE so the dump must be good and suggests the protection track on Disk 2 is the issue when loading the CT RAW from WinUAE, believe it's Track 3 (Track 1 Side 1) of Disk 2 from the WHDLoad readme.

The Plague will install using WHDLoad in WinUAE but won't play, gives this error after pressing fire: Exception "Illegal Instruction" ($10) at $2D0 occurred, the CT RAW sticks on Track 42 of Disk 1 after pressing fire!

So, are there any other games/protections that can't work as a CT RAW image when created from Kryoflux streams?
