I believe so, I think if you check the YouTube channel you will find Steve using one for testing. (As well as killing and reviving it :-) )

It's still an "Amiga 500" with the exact same CPU in a socket so yes it does. Even of there were capacitors in the way or something it's easily fixed.

Sorry for dragging up the RAM question again, but are there any working alternatives to the AS7C4096A-12TCN RAM chips for the TF530? Between the BOM, the videos and the 2145 posts in this thread I'm getting quite confused

I thought I remembered something about alternatives that was cheaper, but I can't seem to find that information now. Maybe I confused it with the TF328?

Edit: Or maybe I'll just bite the bullet and order some from China crossing my fingers that they're legit...

Terrible Fire Accelerators

68030 50Mhz, 68882 , 4Mb SRAM (Zorro III), SATA IDE and a larger CPLD for the SPI port.

Oh and burst mode RAM.
