Shoot'em up with a bird (of prey)

I'm really curious to find out what game this guy is looking for:

I have a vague memory of there being an advert, early on in the amiga's days, of a side scrolling game with a bird as the main sprite, but I may be getting confused... I did a search here:

But the only one I could see which has head on loading screen, Thalamus, and bird imagery is Hawkeye, but it doesn't have a bird level as far as I know

I've tried searching for it in HOL and Lemon Amiga, but I don't think I've recognized anything that fits the description. Anyway, it's all forgotten now.
