Strider Music question
Was just looking up some details for a possible podcast but there isn't anyone listend over on Hall of Light for the games music. Yet there's loads throughout the game. Watched several walkthrough videos but none seem to have any credits at the start or end... any ideas?

But for Strider II (music is the same) it's Mark Tait.
http://hol.abime.net/2145 Remember that Mike Davies is also module format... and original arcade music (it's conversion on Amiga) is composed by Junko Tamiya. one of my alltime faves. the music is so enchanting and also sounding way superior than the arcade mix.
i often come to think, if only a combination of arcade graphics and amiga music games existed. (thinking of ghouls and ghosts, strider, altered beast, r-type) ok, the latter one offers very good amiga grfx already |

Because of that "Strider -ending" video, today I learned that there was a system called a Sharp x68000 which had a port of Strider which also had my favorite "PAH PAH PAH!" sound effect |

@Gimbal
SharpX68000 is actually arcade machine CPS hardware in PC form, used to development arcade games. It's more like "home version" of Strider than port. |

The actual arcade release is different though. But it was an odd bit of trivia because I thought only the Amiga version had that horrendous sound effect.
