But I've given up on demos. It is impossible to get the older demo packs from edonkey.

I think you may be missing the point here Paralax Scroll

These downloads ARE NOT ON E-Donkey , they are direct downloads in order that you happy people have easy acess to KG's work.

Now providing it doesn't lead to a barrage of bandwidth hogging leeches older packs will be brought on for direct download , so a little patience please

This latest batch is potensialy a most welcome aditional resource so thanks again kG

I do wish the other packs were distributed on something other than edonkey (bittorrent perhaps?). For some reason ed2k hates me: I'm constantly uploading at 25KB/s but rarely get a download over 5KB/s for a couple of minutes... sigh.

But hey, thanks for the November pack KG and woodshed

I don't fully agree, just last month I finished downloading all old demo packs with eMule. Took appr. 3 weeks which is a lot considering the small sizes, but they aren't spread very well. You just need a lot of patience.

Hey KG, if you need fast speeds I can help you out there. I don't know how fast because my downloads max out at about 60k/s, but I expect it should be at least 150k/s!

AFAIK I have no limit on bandwidth, so hammer me all you want.

Also have 200+MB of space. If you want to try it out gimme a PM.

@ Zakfab: The download speed was about 160k/sec.

A gew guys in the US said their d/l started at 200k/s and dropped to 100k/s by the end of the d/l.

But this is in the day, so at night I image it would increse a bit (There are 5000+ people using this connection!)

The space is there if it is needed!

Should be fast enough to host a few months WHDload sets, I can alternate them around every few weeks so people can get what they want.
