Subway USB + Poseidon + WHDLOAD black screen?

Anyone using a subway in their 1200 or the poseidon USB stack in general noticed black screens when launching some WHDLoad games?

Setup is:

A1200, 1230 mkIV 96Mb, 3.1 roms, classicWB on wb3.0 with subway USB. Using an AT PSU so it shouldnt be a power issue afaik.

It's a known issue. Unfortunately, some WHDLoad games do not work while Poseidon Stack is loaded. You just need to turn it off before running the game. Check out this thread for more details.

As I'm re-re-re-re-building my miggy with the intention of actually using it rather than it's current status as the 'ongoing hardware project'.

Does that mean you cannot run WHDload games directly from a USB drive?

You can run many of them from a USB drive, just not the ones that have issues with Poseidon.
