I need the code for 3.5 but if I cant get it or buy the product I'm a bit stuck... It would be great if you could zone version 5 if it was acceptable - can anyone confirm whether this is ok to do...

Thanks for the reply fryguy - guess we will have to wait to see if one of the guys can confirm this...

I've been looking around on the Internet to see if it's still for sale. So far nothing...

...also looking for a place to purchase TurboCal 5.

Please don't load version 5 to The Zone! as yet. I'll continue to look around first

Deleted for now GraveR...

I'm sure you were uploading while I was posting my reply. Give me half and hour or so to look around the Internet.

Wasn't TurboCalc also released on some coverdisk/cd?

Nevermind, I was a bit too optimistic. It was was on a CUCD as a demo, not fullversion.

Ok, spent that last hour or so searching... Fun, fun (not)

Anyway, I found a link on this site but the order link is dead...

Also found it here but it seems that after adding a copy nothing appears in the basket...

Checked throughout Google as well plus these sites but couldn't see it for sale anymore:
... Amiga Future
... amigakit.com
... Vesalia Computer

The program is from 1998 so getting quite old now so, I guess it should be ok

If anybody knows differently then please PM me and it will be removed straight away

Hmmm, I've also sent off an e-mail to what I believe to be the author's e-mail address.

Even though I was unable to find this for sale, I guess this doesn't mean that it's now instantly freeware... I would like to make absolutely sure that it's ok first so could you please hold off uploading it to The Zone! until I get a definitive answer?

Right after numerous chats between damiand and andreasm it has been established that

1). AndreasM and his company do NOT own the copyright or license
2). AndreasM is trying to aquire the license, but is not successful yet
3). The original author seems to not care or respond to emails etc

so in this light you can upload it to the zone!

If AndreasM gets this license or the original author is bothered please pm ME or one of the other mods..

Don't bother unless you own the license or the copyright!

Unfortunately, the file TURBOCALC5.LHA that is now uploaded to the Zone is *NOT* the real TurboCalc 5.0

It is a modified version of TurboCalc 4.0 (as "version DH0:TurboCalc/TurboCalc" clearly states after install) that is hacked to show 5.0 in the About box. But it cannot be updated with the official TurboCalc 5.0 -> 5.01/5.02 updaters from Aminet.

So, fryguy, we would be most grateful if you uploaded...
