"Anvil of Dawn", real time combat, has great character animations, but feels empty and boring...
There is this one (real time), but in czech : http://www.dungeon-master.com/forum/...=27708&start=0 Also this topic in dungeon master forums, they should be all real time: http://www.dungeon-master.com/forum/...62121247409ffa The problem is that, very very little of those games can be compared to the original dungeon master. |

s2325,
I don't know if you've already checked them out but I've been playing 'Death Keep' and 'Slayer' on the 3DO emulator Freedo (http://www.freedo.org/). Very nice RPGs. 'Slayer' even uses some of the graphic portraits from 'Eye of the Beholder'! Both games use almost the same interface as 'Eye of the Beholder' as well. Is turned based combat allowed? If it is I'll throw in the excellent Albion. I love that game.
edit: of course I forget that large parts of the game are actually not 3D, but birds eye view... |

Evils doom was very enjoyable. Bit of a shame it was released so buggy and not in a final bug free version. Perhaps its the protection kicking in? don't know.
My favs were the SSI goldbox games. They used the same gameplay and had the same look as eob series. Some of the PC versions of the SSI gold series were better than amiga versions. |

As much as I like the SSI goldbox games, they didn't share the same gameplay as EOB EOB was realtime and the SSI goldbox games had an own turn-based fight screen. Furthermore you couldn't interact in the '3D' view.

I've never actually got round to playing this, and apprently it's not as simple as EoB etc but The Legacy - Realm of Terror looks really good.
