Can't find a program

I am looking for a program called Argue. That goes into the c folder on workbench.

I have looked on Aminet but have only found programs that use it. One program says it is availiable on Aminet C.D SET4a
util/sys.

Does anybody have this program??

Next time please use correct Forum (corrected now) and use a Topic that got the name of the app you search for in it (like "REQ : Argue" or somethin´ )
