Duke Nukem Forever 2001 Restoration Project First Slice Release

Back in May of this year Duke Nukem Forever's 2001 version got leaked. Some levels could be played, but it was pretty rough.

They made very impressive work by fixing leaked build and creating new content on it. I see they added new rooms here and there, some random objects. Leaked build was very unequal in quality, there were nice detailed segments that were shown in 2001 trailer and there was also big empty parts on maps with nothing to do, very raw ones. I wonder will they manage to finish it, because later maps looks more like test rooms that were not connected by any story, while first maps where You try to escape Las Vegas got some cool dark mood.

It seems like they will try for sure. I'll dive into the first slice tomorrow, but it does look rather promising.
