ReAmiga 1200 1.4 compatibility

Hello,

does anyone have a ReAmiga 1200 1.4 built and has been using it for some time ?

Before saying "it has amiga chips, so everything will work fine" and making it easy there are zillion of things that can be wrong, and Chucky (great work man!) himself was also quite clear on it.

The idea of having a new A1200 motherboard with original chips has always been something i have been looking for, for longevity, and when i saw it being realized i was very happy but i wouldn't want to buy something which is not stable enough or compatible enough.

I have one which I recently assembled and I've encountered no problems at all with it. Everything works fine with it too like accelerator cards and pcmcia adapters.

The only thing is Chucky recently updated the 1.4 to a 1.4.1 due to an error with a trace making contact with a cap.

Thank you wiz. Did you apply the 1.4.1 fix or it works flawlessly even with the bug?

It seems to work ok even with this bug, so I just left it.
