Congratulations!

I kind of regret donating my A500 when I moved overseas, could have been cool to modernize it. Had I known how very much alive the aftermarket was/is, I may have kept it...

No new tank mouse case though, but I can live with that. Although the tank mouse looks great and to me is the only 'true' Amiga mouse, it has horrible ergonomics and is not really nice to use.

Yeah, but I guess there are many yellowed ones out there which are good candidates for painting.

Wait, how does IndieGogo work? Campaign is funded but apparently you can still participate. $180,817 funded at the moment and tank mouse required $189k. Is it still possible to get tank mouse if ~80 people will participate?

If you click on the 'More' link under the project owner it currently shows $189,181. I'm not entirely sure why this shows a higher amount than on the main page but it could be that it includes funds that are yet to clear. The pledge options appear to still be open so the final figure could be higher still.

Hi Guys,

The team and I would like to thank you all for your incredible support!
You definitively helping us to renew the Amiga Classics parts, and that is no small achievement.

For all further updates on the Amiga 500 campaign, please follow the "Update" link-menu on the campaign page, and you can also register to our newsletter; since all updates are published on there as well.

Please remember that it is always better to ask your questions directly by sending an email using the contact form on www.a1200.net as I don't check all forums daily

And we've just published our first Campaign Update since we reached the goal

>> Have a look.

Campaign is now under IndieGoGo -InDemand- mode, so that we can hopefully reach the Tank Mouse Replacement Shells Stretch Goal.

Many thanks again to all of you for your tremendous support!

Cheers!

That is another benefit of working with IndieGoGo;
Once the campaign has reached its Goal, campaign runners can activate a function named "InDemand".

InDemand keep the campaign page opened for extra support only if the goal is reached.

This way, Stretch goals can be reached, and more stretch can even be added!

This amount is the total amount of pledges INCLUDING those who cancelled/refunded their contribution!
