missing 3 musics in 1.4 pack [APC&TCP]

I downloaded "GameBase Amiga - Music (Complete v1.4).zip", and after a scan in GBAmiga 1.4, I miss 3 files. This is the log:
...
Games table...

0\1990 - Die 1993'er Edition.zip 12 1990 - Die 1993'er Edition
J\Jaktar - Der Elfenstein.zip 1596 Jaktar - Der Elfenstein
M\Marblelous.zip 1905 Marblelous

Cheers
Luca

On the page where you download the music from there's footnotes at the bottom, the relevant one in this case is.

APC&TCP
Music for APC&TCP licensed games has been removed by request from Andreas Magerl.

You can get them from UnExoticA which apparently has permission to host them. The pages are as follows:
So if you care enough about APC&TCP games and their music to bother (or if you're just one of those people who must have a full collection), just get them there, extract them (they're LHAs) and zip them (I seem to remember there being some pitfalls with that, Belgarath may be able to elaborate) and throw them in the appropriate subdirs.

Thanx eLowar,
in effect I'm a "full collection" maniac
But I didn't want to bother... Sorry!
By the way, I don't understand why the authors didn't permit you to insert those musics in your collection...

Ciao

Because they're still selling them...

EDIT: note to self, read threads properly before posting. I find it a bit hard to believe that they gave them permission to host those files actually, this is APC&TCP we're talking about after all.

Well I also didn't ask. I personally didn't even know they were there (I didn't make the original pack) until Andreas Magerl apparently used 90 megabytes of my traffic just to see if there's anything in there to complain about.

Honestly I don't mind removing them, but I also don't see the harm in having them anywhere. I seriously don't see how having 3 lousy mods anywhere could have any impact whatsoever on profits (especially since they're on UnExoticA anyhow, albeit in a slightly different format). If it were the games, perhaps, although I'm not convinced of that either, but let's not get into that. The games aren't there, never were, never will be, but complaining about those three mods? That's just petty.

So, I could've begged to be allowed to keep them, but frankly, they're just not worth the trouble.

End of subject.

I would've assumed they do have permission, giving their note about not re-distributing the files. Also seeing as Mr. M has downloaded 90 megabytes from me just to find stuff bo moan about, I can't imagine he wouldn't have searched a big music place like ExoticA.

[Edit by eLowar] Moved here from "my GBA 1.4.3 missing/wrong files" because it's clearly on the same topic. [/Edit]

That's strange even after the 1.4.3 update I am still missing these 3 music ZIPs:

0\1990 - Die 1993'er Edition.zip 12 1990 - Die 1993'er Edition
J\Jaktar - Der Elfenstein.zip 1596 Jaktar - Der Elfenstein
M\Marblelous.zip 1905 Marblelous

Would someone be kind enough to Zone them please.

Edit: Whoops my mistake, I didn't realise they were all by APC&TCP.

No one must upload them to the zone.

As it says on the gbamiga site

"APC&TCP
Music for APC&TCP licensed games has been removed by request from Andreas Magerl"

1990 & Jaktar have several songs in their lha files.

Before they are removed from gamebase, can you tell me which song to select among all files from the archive ? Thanks.

But the ones I chose were

mod.titelmusik(neu) for Jaktar
and
med.Titlesong for 1990
